Rebel Investors Club, a Market Rebellion property, operates rebelinvestorsclub.com and the member dashboard. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number where you provide it, account credentials, profile details, questions you submit to the desk, community posts, and support correspondence.

Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the transaction, the plan purchased and limited card metadata such as the last four digits and expiry. We never store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction events used to measure which pages and emails work.

Marketing attribution: where you arrive from a campaign link, we store the referring campaign or referral code so the correct partner is credited.

To provide the Service: create and secure your account, deliver research and alerts, run live sessions, and provide support.

To handle payments: process subscriptions, renewals, refunds and affiliate commissions.

To communicate: transactional email such as receipts, alerts and account notices, and — where you have not opted out — occasional marketing about the club.

To improve and protect: analytics on how the product is used, plus fraud prevention, abuse detection and security monitoring.

To comply with law: tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, hold checkout state, and measure traffic and campaign performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the member area will stop working.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the club — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, SMS delivery, analytics and customer support — each bound to use it only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and alert categories can be tuned individually in your dashboard notification preferences. Transactional messages about your account, billing and access cannot be switched off while your membership is active.

Where you opt in to SMS, message and data rates may apply and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

We keep account and content data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can reactivate. Financial records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. Suppression records for unsubscribed addresses are kept indefinitely so we do not email you again by mistake.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to member data is restricted to staff who need it, and database access is governed by row-level security policies. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@rebelinvestorsclub.com and we will respond within the time your local law allows.

California residents may request details of the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, and may request deletion, without being discriminated against for exercising those rights.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate in the United States and our providers may process data there. Where you access the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
