Refund Policy

New members on an annual or 2-year membership are covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee on their first membership purchase. Use everything — the premium ideas, the live Q&A, the Rebel's Edge show, the video library and the private chat. If it is not for you, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

Monthly memberships are not covered by the guarantee. They can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard, and you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.

No forms, no interrogation. We may ask one question about what missed so we can improve, but the refund does not depend on your answer.

Email billing@rebelinvestorsclub.com from the address on your account with the word "refund" in the subject line. Include the plan you bought and the approximate purchase date if you have it.

We process approved refunds within two business days. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further five to ten business days to post the credit.

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically. We email a renewal reminder before annual plans bill. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided you have not consumed material published in that new term.

To avoid a renewal entirely, cancel from your member dashboard before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access through the end of the period already paid for.

The 2-Year Membership is a single payment for a fixed 24-month access window. It is covered by the same 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days it is non-refundable, nothing renews, and access ends automatically when the term expires.

Where a promotion includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial from your dashboard and nothing is billed. If a trial converts and you did not intend it to, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the first charge.

Tickets to live events such as RebelCon are governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase, which typically allow transfer to another attendee rather than a cash refund close to the event date. Physical items included with a membership do not affect your membership refund.

We may decline a refund where an account has been used to redistribute member content, where the guarantee has already been used on a previous membership, or where there is evidence of fraudulent or abusive activity.
