Terms of Service

The rules of the road for your Rebel Investors Club membership, written as plainly as we can make them.

Last updated July 30, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rebel Investors Club website, member dashboard, research, alerts, live sessions, community areas and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Rebel Investors Club, a Market Rebellion property.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials secure. Memberships are for a single individual. Sharing login credentials, or redistributing member content to non-members, is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

3. Education only — not advice, not recommendations

Rebel Investors Club is an educational publisher. Everything in the Service — including written analysis, watchlists, tickers, charts, alerts, live sessions, community chat, AI-generated responses and anything our hosts or contributors say — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing in the Service is a recommendation, an endorsement, a trade signal, a solicitation, or personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We do not know your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance, and we are not acting as your broker, adviser or fiduciary. Any reference to a security, option, digital asset or strategy is an illustration of a concept, not an instruction to trade it.

You should independently verify all information and consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.

4. Assumption of risk — you use the Service at your own risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of your capital. Options, leverage, pre-IPO, crypto and short-term strategies carry additional and sometimes unlimited risk. Past performance, hypothetical results and example trades are never a guarantee of future results.

You use the Service, and make every trading and investment decision, entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, position sizing, order entry, taxes and outcomes. By using the Service you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk of loss arising from those decisions.

We may hold, buy or sell positions in the securities discussed. See our Investment Disclaimer for the full risk disclosure, which is incorporated into these terms.

5. Memberships, billing and renewal

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your member dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Fixed-term products, such as the 2-Year Membership, are a single payment for a defined access window. They do not renew and access ends automatically when the term expires.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is settled.

6. Refunds

New members on an annual or 2-year membership are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in full on the Refund Policy page. Monthly memberships are not covered by the guarantee — they can be cancelled at any time, with access running to the end of the paid period. Refunds outside those terms are at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell, republish, scrape or redistribute member content; not to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; not to use the Service to harass other members or staff; and not to use automated systems to access the Service except as we expressly permit.

Community areas, including chat and live sessions, are moderated. We may remove content or members that are abusive, promotional, or that solicit other members.

8. Intellectual property

All research, video, written analysis, software and branding in the Service are owned by Rebel Investors Club or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that material for your own use while your membership is active.

Anything you post in community areas remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display, store and moderate it within the Service.

9. Third-party services and links

The Service references and links to third parties, including brokerages, event partners and data providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any content, data, price, alert or AI output is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for any financial loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebel Investors Club, Market Rebellion, and their owners, officers, employees, hosts and contributors will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, missed or delayed alerts, data errors, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Investors Club, Market Rebellion, and their owners, officers, employees, hosts and contributors from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, or your breach of these terms.

12. Binding arbitration — please read carefully

Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, you and Rebel Investors Club agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court before a judge or jury.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida (or by telephone or video, or in your home county, at your election). The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitrator decides all issues, except that a court decides the enforceability of the class action waiver below.

Informal resolution first: before starting arbitration, you agree to email support@rebelinvestorsclub.com with a written description of the dispute and to give us 30 days to resolve it in good faith.

30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@rebelinvestorsclub.com with your name, the email on your account and the words "arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

13. Class action waiver and jury trial waiver

You and Rebel Investors Club agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, representative or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

You and Rebel Investors Club also waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute that proceeds in court.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request will be severed and heard in court, and all remaining claims will continue in individual arbitration.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where a dispute is not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of a prepaid term.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the member dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that point means you accept the updated terms.

17. Entire agreement and severability

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Investment Disclaimer and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

18. Contact
